## Job description

### 职位描述
- 协助负责客服团队综合运营管理，承接上级管理要求并推动一线团队有效落地；
- 负责核心业务指标跟踪，包括服务质量、处理时效、投诉率、人效及人员稳定性等；
- 参与团队组织建设、绩效管理、人才盘点及梯队培养，提升中基层管理储备；
- 统筹跨小组、跨业务线的资源协调和重点项目推进，解决运营过程中的共性问题；
- 负责复杂问题、重点客诉及异常业务的分析、处置和复盘，推动机制优化；
- 在管理岗位出现人员变动时，能够快速承接相关管理职责，保障业务稳定运行。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，4年以上客服、售后、呼叫中心或服务运营相关经验；
- 具备2年以上团队管理、项目管理或业务负责人经验；
- 具备较强的数据分析、运营诊断和流程优化能力；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够推动跨团队、跨部门事项落地；
- 具备人才培养、绩效辅导及团队稳定性管理经验；
- 具备较强的全局意识、责任意识和岗位承接能力。
