职位描述

### 策略运营
- 制定和执行业务运营策略，推动各部门协作，以及前线和中台协作，达成公司运营目标

### 数据分析
- 制定区域业务数据分析体系，监控并分析日常运营的问题，帮助供给侧提质提效

### 目标拆解
- 拆解各区域业务目标，监控关键运营指标，定期向管理层输出运营分析报告及改进建议

### 赋能前线
- 通过数据和策略帮助前线优化业务动作，达成业务结果

### 跨部门合作
- 协调客服、产研等相关部门，推动跨部门协作，解决产运的问题和瓶颈

### AI提效
- 通过 AI 提高团队效率和业务效率 任职要求

### 经验要求
- 3年以上业务运营或商业分析相关工作经验

### 分析能力
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，有一定的商业洞察，能用数据描述并分析业务

### 项目经验
- 主导或参与重要项目，具有拿到实际落地结果的项目经验

### 数据工具
- Excel，SQL，加分项：任意数据可视化工具，Python

### AI能力
- 有vibe coding 或AI agent 使用经验，如果有AI独立开发项目经验将是一个很大的加分项

### 软性能力
- 较强的组织协调能力和沟通表达能力，具备问题解决能力和抗压能力，积极主动，对新事物有好奇心

### 英语能力
- 英语流利，可作为工作语言

### 行业背景
- 有出行行业业务经验优先
