## Job description

职位描述 As Global Contingent Labor Manager, you will lead the strategic oversight and operational execution of global contingent workforce program. This role bridges internal business needs with external labor providers to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

You will manage relationships with staffing agencies, MSPs (Managed Service Providers), and EORs (Employer of Record), while driving innovation in workforce solutions. 任职资格 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) preferred

### Experience
- 10+ years in HR generalist roles with vendor management or account management in labor outsourcing firms
- Proven track record in managing global contingent labor programs (1,000+ workers)

### Skills

Communication: Exceptional written/verbal skills; fluency in English (additional languages a plus)

### Problem-Solving

Ability to resolve complex issues (e.g., compliance gaps, vendor disputes)

### Customer Orientation

Focus on delivering tailored solutions to internal stakeholders and external partners Technical: Proficiency in HRIS, VMS platforms, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Workday)
