## Job description

### 工作内容
- 携程金融信贷产品及策略迭代，通过营销、产品流程优化、流失召回策略等提升整体业务规模
- 对产品可量化指标进行分析，结合上线后数据效果持续优化产品
- 完成项目全链路管理，保产品效果及数据质量
- 设计并监控所负责部分全流程业务关键指标 任职要求 1、产品能力优秀，有较强的抽象和总结能力，能够深度分析和理解用户需求，逻辑性强，有目标感 2、熟悉信贷产品系统流程，有金融领域产品设计经验 3、3年以上产品工作经验，有现金贷相关业务经验优先 4、优秀的协调沟通能力、执行能力、有自主驱动能力
