本、硕、博。

### 毕业时间

2026 年 9 月至 2027 年 8 月期间毕业（中国大陆以毕业证为准，非中国大陆地区以教育部学位认证为准）且最高学历毕业后无全职工作经验的学生。

### 你将会负责
- 监控和分析大数据，识别关键影响因素，构建预测模型以驱动业务决策；
- 识别运营进程和结果中的异常情况，并进行深入分析，识别隐性问题和潜在机会；
- 结合自身研究经验通过专题分析，协助业务目标拆解和预估，提出合理的数据解决方案和意见，提升数据价值，为公司商业决策、产品方向、运营策略、用户增长等提供数据支持。

### 我们期望你
- 统计学、数学、经济学、计算机科学或相关专业优先；
- 出色的逻辑思维和系统性分析能力，热爱数据分析工作，具备优秀的报告撰写和呈现能力；
- 熟练掌握至少一种数据分析工具（如Python/SQL/R/Tableau/SPSS/HIVE/Excel），并熟悉主流数据库（如MySQL/Oracle/MS SQL Server）；
- 具备优秀的业务解读能力和良好的沟通能力，能够将复杂的数据分析结果转化为易于理解的业务建议。
