## Job description

职位描述
- Conduct QA reviews on corporate KYC/CDD files to ensure adherence to HKMA, MAS, and EU regulatory standards.
- Adjudicate complex PEP, Sanctions, and Adverse Media escalations, providing independent recommendations for final sign-off.
- Investigate suspicious activities and draft internal narratives to support SAR/STR filings to the MLRO.
- Support Transaction Monitoring by reviewing escalated alerts and providing compliance input on ruleset calibration.
- Manage regulatory license applications (MSO, VASP), external audits, and global policy governance.
- Oversee corporate registers and act as Committee Secretary to ensure firm-wide audit readiness.
- Support Global adhoc compliance projects as required. 任职资格 1、Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance or Business; fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese. 2、2+ years of AML/KYC experience in FinTech or Banking; CAMS/ICA certification or knowledge of HK/SG/EU regulations is a plus. 3、Strong expertise in second-line oversight, QA, or Transaction Monitoring governance. 4、Proficient in Excel and AML screening platforms; SQL or Data Visualization skills are a strong plus. 5、Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to interpret complex sanctions and transaction patterns. 6、Capable of managing multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment.
