## Job description

职位描述 本岗位旨在通过AI能力运营与海外市场的本地化洞察，全面提升特定语种区域AI客服的用户服务体验与运营效率。

### 区域 AI 解决方案设计
- 负责整体解决方案设计与架构，将业务需求转化为可实施技术路径。评估并引入外部 AI 技术，构建能力矩阵，提升竞争力。

### 复杂项目引领与落地
- 作为核心负责人，主导并管理跨区域、跨职能的AI 专题项目（如多语言翻译质量提升等）。管理项目全生命周期，确保高质量交付，驱动核心业务指标显著提升。

### 深度用户与业务洞察
- 构建并维护区域 AI 运营数据分析体系，深度挖掘数据，产出前瞻性洞察报告。通过定量定性分析，识别业务机会与痛点，驱动产品功能、算法模型及底层 AI 能力升级。关注行业趋势，为业务发展提供决策支持。

### 团队赋能与标准建设
- 沉淀并迭代区域 AI 运营 SOP、最佳实践和知识库，推动落地。通过培训指导，赋能团队提升 AI 运营、数据分析、Prompt调优等专业能力，形成可复用知识资产。 任职资格

### 核心经验
- 3年以上 AI 运营、智能客服、对话系统优化经验，至少2年以上团队或复杂项目管理经验。

### 专业能力
- 深入理解 AI 技术（LLM、NLP、机器学习），具备成功应用案例。熟悉 AI 知识库、多轮对话、Prompt 工程、AI 标注及场景优化逻辑，能独立设计 AI 解决方案。

### 数据能力
- 具备数据洞察、逻辑分析与归因能力，能独立搭建评估体系，深度拆解业务指标，数据驱动决策。精通至少一种数据分析工具，能使用 SQL 进行数据查询与分析。

### 协同与领导力
- 极强的跨部门、跨区域沟通协调与影响力，高效整合资源，结果导向，独立负责区域 AI 业务并带领团队达成目标。

### 语言与国际化经验
- 精通英语，流利听说读写。具备日语小语种沟通能力者优先。丰富的海外区域业务运营经验，了解用户语言习惯、文化差异及合规要求，能制定本地化策略。
