## Job description

职位描述 Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of workflow concepts with excellent analytical and mathematical skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven experience in data modeling to support business analysis and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Innovative and creative mindset in designing improved methods, systems, and processes; constantly seeks better solutions rather than accepting the status quo.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, staying focused and adaptable amid continuous change.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data to influence decisions, proactively identify potential risks, and relentlessly advocate for operational improvements.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).
- Proven ability to drive quality, productivity, and process improvements while motivating and inspiring teams to meet the demands of a highly customer-focused and metrics-driven environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels — both internally and externally.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant field.
- Flexibility to work in a 24×7 shift environment. 任职资格
- Master's Degree or above is preferred.
- Track record of leading initiatives at team, skill, or site level with measurable impact.
- Comfortable working in a diverse, cross-functional environment and actively contributing to an inclusive culture.
- Ability to develop and execute Business Continuity Plans (BCP) under ambiguous or high-pressure situations.
- Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification is a plus.
- COPC certification is a plus.
- Power Query / SQL / Python skill is a plus.
