## Job description

职位描述

### 参与大模型Agent能力的建设，包括但不限于
- 规划与执行（Planning/Execution）、工具调用（Tool-Use）、记忆（Memory）、反思与自我修复（Reflection）；
- 深度参与 Trip.com 智能助手的搭建和优化；

### 参与公司基础设施的搭建，包括但不限于
- Python 基础框架及中间件，Agent Skillhub 等； 任职资格
- 计算机相关专业全日制本科以上学历，3年以上开发工作经验；
- 有较强的学习能力、问题分析和解决能力，以及良好的团队合作精神；
- 了解业界常见的Agent技术和框架，有 Agent/Workflow 的开发经验；
- 熟悉大模型基础原理，熟练掌握Prompt Engineering，有RAG、模型微调（SFT/RLHF）或相关应用落地经验；
- 具备数据驱动思维，能够设计Agent效果评估体系（如任务成功率、用户满意度），并通过AB实验持续优化产品体验；
- 熟练掌握任意一门编程语言，包括但不限于 Python/Go/Java/C++，有良好的编程习惯和代码能力。使用 Vibe coding 工具(e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex), 但能通过自己对代码结构的判断生成可维护可拓展的代码；
- 熟悉服务端基础技术，包括但不限于K8S、Redis、消息队列等，能够高效地进行后端服务的开发与维护；
