## Job description

### 职位描述 Operational Support
- Support day-to-day business operations, addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with global airline team to achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor and track market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact our business operations in international markets.

### 运营支持
- 支持日常业务运营，解决出现的任何问题。
- 与全球航司团队合作，实现销售目标。
- 监测和追踪可能影响我们在国际市场的业务运营的市场趋势、行业发展和变化。

### Data Analysis
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business improvements.

### 数据分析
- 收集和分析数据，为相关方提供决策和战略规划的支持。
- 基于数据分析提供见解和建议，推动业务改进。

### Communication and Collaboration
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with airline partners. Ensure high quality of customer service to be offered.

### 沟通与协作
- 跨部门之间的有效沟通和协作，确保对齐和协调。
- 与航空公司合作伙伴建立并维护优秀的合作关系，保证高质量的旅客服务体验。

### 任职资格 Ability
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing are essential. IELTS 6.5+.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- 1-2 years of experience in airline/travel industry will be preferred.
- 商业管理、运营管理或相关领域的学士学位或以上学历。
- 具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与跨职能团队有效合作。
- 具备分析和解决问题的能力，能够解读复杂数据并做出数据驱动的决策。
- 积极的态度和学习意愿。
- 1-2年航空/旅游领域工作经验更佳。
