职位描述
- 学院内部新标准，新培训体系的搭建
- 学院院校业务的课程产品产出
- 学院市场化业务的课程产品产出
- 市场上相关课程产品的资源引入

### 完成相应的线上线下授课 描述
- 对顶层设计有一定的理解，能根据学院的方法论，配合学院专家，制定岗位标准。对旅游及培训行业有一定的理解，能产出学院内部或外部业务需求的课程体系。完成线上线下授课。完成课程资源的引入。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及本科以上

### 工作经验
- 有培训机构，企业内部课程开发经验者优先，有互联网公司任职经验优先

### 专业要求
- 旅游类或HR（培训方向）等

### 能力要求
- 较强的理解业务能力，普通话标准流利，学习能力强，思维有逻辑性，善沟通表达

### 知识要求
- 了解开发课程的基本流程，课程呈现的方式等

### 技能要求
- 电脑操作及各类office文档，ai工具使用能力。能使用英语开发课程，并使用英语授课

### 其他要求
- 仪态大方，有进取心，抗压能力强，耐心、细心，服务意识强，有较强的协作和团队合作精神。
