## Job description

职位描述
- 负责台湾市场分站点运营，搭建并迭代本地化策略体系，驱动流量承接与转化增长；
- 深度洞察台湾市场竞争格局与分层用户需求，制定差异化的市场-产品匹配增长策略；
- 主导策略落地推进，拉通供给覆盖、节假日促销、货架排序、信息展示等关键运营动作；
- 建立定期复盘机制，输出数据驱动的策略迭代方案，与产品/算法/供应链/营销形成高效协作闭环。 任职资格 1、3年以上OTA、旅游行业、电商行业经验，熟悉台湾市场用户消费习惯与偏好； 2、具备分站点运营或区域增长方法论，能独立制定市场匹配与转化策略； 3、英文流利，具备繁体中文语境下的内容理解与沟通能力； 4、有跨部门协作推动落地经验，能驱动供给/产品/营销等多线协同，接受高频出差与跨国支持。
