## Job description

职位描述
- 达成催收业绩目标，对个人绩效负责；
- 有效控制个人客诉及处理工作；
- 合理调配催收资源，协助主管完成部门其他工作。 任职资格
- 大专(含)以上学历，法律/金融或相关专业优先；
- 具有银行/互金公司或外包公司1年以上的催收经验，自身催收能力过硬，具有带团队经验及团队业绩提升的能力；
- 处事积极主动，思维缜密，具有出色的执行力和推动力，有良好的团队合作意识；
- 具备娴熟的office技能、沟通和协调能力，积极主动遵纪守法，应变能力和抗压性强；
- 具有保密与服务意识。
