## Job description

职位描述

### 参与 AI/Agent 系统相关能力的研发，包括但不限于
- Agent 框架的集成与二次开发（如 LangGraph 、AutoGen 、CrewAI、ADK 等）多 Agent 协作、工具调用（ Tool/Function Calling ）、状态管理；
- Agent 在真实业务场景中的落地，如流程自动化、智能决策、任务编排等；
- 参与代码评审、技术文档建设，提升团队整体工程水平。 任职资格
- 基础能力 1）具备扎实的计算机基础，包括数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络等； 2）精通 Python 语言特性，熟悉常见设计模式，具备良好的代码质量和工程意识。

### 工程经验 1）熟悉常见后端技术栈，包括但不限于
- Web 框架：FastAPI 、Django 、Flask 等 数据库：MySQL 、PostgreSQL 、Redis 等异步与消息系统：Celery 、Kafka等； 2）有系统性能优化、线上问题排查和稳定性建设经验； 3）熟悉 Linux 环境，了解常见部署与运维方式，如 Docker 、CI/CD 等。
- Agent/AI 相关 1）对 AI Agent 方向有实际了解或实践经验； 2）使用过主流大模型 API ，如 OpenAI 、Claude 、Gemini 等； 3）理解 Prompt Engineering 、Tool Calling 、RAG 、上下文管理等核心概念； 4）能够将 Agent 能力进行工程化落地，而非仅停留在 Demo 或脚本层面。
- 加分项 1）有 AI 产品、智能助手或自动化系统相关经验 2）有多 Agent 系统、复杂流程编排、工作流或状态机设计经验 3）对 CrewAI 项目有了解，或有实际使用、二次开发经验者优先 4）熟悉向量数据库、Embedding 、搜索或推荐相关技术； 5）有技术博客、开源项目或技术分享经验； 6）有 A2A 协议生产环境落地与扩展经验。
