## Job description

职位描述
- Aim to improve service efficiency, quality and customer experience, design and optimize the service procedure, create a solution and facilitate its implementation
- Have a good knowledge of the business needs and can analyze its pain points, explore customers' deep requests and promote the improvement of the service team
- Possess unique horizons and sensitivities, can identify defects and areas for improvement in the procedure to enhance its effectiveness
- Track and locate business anomalies, conduct in-depth analysis and induction, and put forward constructive suggestions on data indicators
- Responsible for data analysis related to the service operation, in-depth understanding of the business, completing the construction of the data dashboards, various topic analyses and report writing 任职资格 Education: College+ Language Level: EN proficient & Proficient in Mandarin at a professional level, proficiency in Japanese/Korean/Cantonese will be a plus Experience: Possess prior experience in public opinion analysis or background in customer relationship analysis.

### Analytical Skills

Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, including experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, or statistical software, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
