## Job description

### 任职资格 从业经验

本科及以上学历，3 年以上增长策略经验。有大型电商平台、社交产品或裂变增长经验者优先。

### 数据能力

具备严密的逻辑思维和强数据分析能力，能清晰定义问题，并从数据洞察中推导行动方案。

### 落地能力

目标导向，具备优秀的沟通与跨团队协调能力，能应对高压环境，确保复杂项目高效落地。

### 基础要求

有百万级用户增长的相关工作经验；英文流利可作为工作语言 工作职责 策略拆解： 负责T站Private tours品类的增长策略的制定，基于业务目标拆解流量漏斗，并推动增长方案落地。

### 方案落地

负责前端货架的覆盖、信息、价格的优化，提升ARPU以及用户体验 Qualifications Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of growth strategy experience. Candidates with experience in large-scale e-commerce platforms, social products, or viral growth are preferred.

### Data Capability

Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills. Able to clearly define problems and derive action plans from data insights.

### Execution Capability

Goal-oriented with excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Able to work under high pressure and ensure efficient delivery of complex projects.

### Basic Requirements

Relevant experience in million-level user growth; fluent in English as a working language.

### Responsibilities

Strategy Breakdown: Responsible for formulating the growth strategy for the Private Tours category on Trip.com, breaking down the traffic funnel based on business objectives, and driving the implementation of growth initiatives Solution Implementation: Responsible for optimizing front-end shelf coverage, information, and pricing to improve ARPU and user experience
