## Job description

职位描述 熟悉策略制定及模型后台配置 熟悉大模型评测体系和方法，有模型结果标注及模型样本训练的经验。

### 与AI智能中台，产品，算法，研发等团队紧密合作，确保产品方案的业务效果和高质量实施 基于业务特性、发展策略以及服务旅程，与横向部门共识目标，从较复杂的服务场景中迅速理解、定位和抽象问题，设计和推动智能化解决方案，快速、高质量响应支持业务发展 任职资格 专业要求

计算机/数理统计/人工智能/自动化等相关专业更佳 能力要求： 1) 具备实际参与过 AI 大模型 Agent 落地项目实践经验 2) 会用数据定位问题：准确率、召回率、满意度、异常率等 3）能做运营复盘、效果评估、输出可落地优化策略 4）拥有 prompt engineer 能力，熟悉指令设计、场景化 prompt 工程、知识库建设，能做问答质量提升、风险内容治理、体验标准化 5)

### 具备较强的沟通协调能力，对客户有一定的商业思维及谈判技巧，有一定的产品思维，了解技术语言 技能要求

1）模型运营技能：prompt 设计与优化；模型效果评测、bad case 分析、质量提升；知识库建设&SOP输出 2）工具技能：熟练使用飞书 、SOP配置台、大模型平台等
