## Job description

职位描述 通过电话、在线会话、邮件等渠道，为客户提供韩国酒店订单的咨询、确认、修改、取消及异常问题处理； 根据客户诉求，与韩国酒店沟通协调，核实订单信息、酒店政策及处理方案，推动问题及时解决； 持续跟进订单处理进度，及时向客户同步处理结果，保障订单顺利履约及客户入住体验； 妥善处理订单投诉及服务争议，准确判断问题原因，协调客户、酒店及内部团队完成问题闭环； 收集并反馈韩国酒店在产品、政策及服务流程中的共性问题，协助推动业务流程及服务质量优化； 工作时段为7:00-22:00，需根据业务需求接受综合排班，包括早中班轮班，以及周末、法定节假日排班和必要的加班安排。 任职资格 大专及以上学历，韩语听说读写流利，可使用韩语与韩国酒店进行各类业务沟通，具备TOPIK 5级及以上水平者优先； 表达清晰，具备良好的客户沟通、需求判断及问题解决能力； 服务意识和责任心较强，能够耐心处理复杂、紧急或存在争议的订单问题； 具备良好的跨文化沟通及协调能力，能够有效推动酒店及内部团队解决问题； 熟悉电脑及常用办公软件操作，能够快速掌握订单系统和业务流程； 有酒店旅游行业客服经验，或韩语客服业务相关经验者优先。
