## Job description

职位描述
- 通过分析用户服务信息和诉求，结合大模型技术，设计重点场景的智能服务解决方案，提升智能解决率和服务体验；
- 数据驱动，通过数据分析定位问题并制定优化策略，持续提升服务效率与用户体验；
- 梳理需求MRD文档，联动产品、技术、客服团队，推动智能客服功能升级与业务需求落地；
- 拥抱大模型新技术能力，积极探索将大模型能力和业务场景相结合，提升智能服务体验。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上智能运营/产品经验，需要有大模型项目经验。计算机相关专业优先；
- 具备良好的数据分析和沟通能力，能够从复杂数据中提炼关键信息为决策提供依据，并能推动落地；
- 具备良好的跨团队沟通能力与推动力，可与产品、研发、算法高效协作；
- 目标驱动，Owner意识强。可主动通过指标与案例等方法定位问题深挖机会点；
- 英语良好优先。
