## Job description

职位描述
- 独立处理公司民商事诉讼及行政案件，包括案件策略分析、证据组织、出庭应诉及执行等全流程工作；
- 负责批量案件的分类及标准化建设，沉淀案件处理规则、文书模板和操作指引，持续提升案件处理效率与质量；
- 定期分析案件数据，识别产品规则、业务流程中的共性风险，输出风险提示和优化建议，助力业务发展；
- 参与案件管理系统、知识库及法律工具建设。 任职资格
- 法学硕士及以上学历，通过国家统一法律职业资格考试；
- 具有3年以上民商事诉讼或企业法务经验，对争议解决有浓厚兴趣；
- 能够独立处理案件，具备扎实的法律分析、证据组织和文书写作能力，熟练使用主流AI工具；
- 较强的逻辑分析、文字表达、沟通协调与抗压能力，工作高效执行力强。
