## Job description

职位描述
- 利用机器学习/深度学习模型处理多维时间序列数据，预测酒店市场需求
- 基于因果推断框架捕捉环境因子、市场竞争与需求量间的动态关系。
- 参与业务分析、特征构建、模型建立、实验跟进等过程，让算法真正赋能OTA业务
- 参与LLM、agentic coding等前沿问题的探索和研究，寻找与OTA业务的结合点，保持技术走在行业前列 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业，有扎实的数据结构、数据库、统计学、机器学习算法基础，有较强的开发能力
- 熟练掌握 Python，熟悉至少一种深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow），对时间序列预测、因果推断或运筹优化有深入研究
- 具有较高的数据敏感度和数据分析能力，具备出色的业务理解能力，针对特定业务目标，具备独立思考、技术拆解和规划能力
- 具备强烈的责任心，优秀的沟通能力和项目落地能力，思维活跃，学习能力强
