## Job description

### 职位描述 负责集团人才发展项目的设计

能够深入业务一线，识别组织与人才发展痛点，独立设计培训与发展项目方案，确保符合业务需求，助力业务人才成长。 项目交付与管理：主导培训项目从立项、实施到效果评估的全生命周期管理，确保按时、高质量交付，统筹内外部资源，管理项目预算与进度，追踪项目 ROI 并基于数据持续迭代优化 统筹各事业部资源，协同各方开展培训项目：确保与组织与人才发展相关举措保持对齐，与 HRBP 以及全球HR团队建立紧密的合作关系，以协作高效的方式支持客户群体的需求； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备 5年及以上跨国企业环境工作经验，拥有扎实的人才与领导力发展经验，能够设计、开发并推动人才管理解决方案落地；
- 英语流利，达到工作语言水平；
- 具备出色的系统性思维和问题解决能力，沟通能力强，能够施加影响、推动协作并凝聚共识；
- 学习能力强，能够快速掌握和应用新技术、适应新环境；
- 能够从容应对不确定性，展现出坚韧的韧性，并对项目及流程持续改进抱有强烈的责任感与承诺。
