## Job description

职位描述
- 对欧洲包车业务熟悉，并能识别、招募、培养高质量的包车供应商，
- 管理并优化供应商表现（转化率、服务分、价格分）并主导改进行动，与市场营销、内容和运营团队紧密合作，确保供应准备充分，适用于活动和旺季；
- 与运营产品团队紧密配合，维护和优化产品标准化、车辆类型覆盖、路线设计和服务水平，
- 作为前沿角色，保持与本地行业的联系，向总部反馈产品市场契合度、竞争格局及地方法规，
- 客户事件响应的紧急支持。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上欧洲旅游相关工作经验；

### 语言
- 英语听说读写精通；
- 熟练使用办公软件，有较强的沟通、协调、推动能力
