## Job description

### 岗位工作时间

现行7：00-24：00，期间八小时工作制，做五休二不固定周末或节假日休息。将提供岗位轮班津贴。 【岗位职责】
- 通过电话及在线聊天工具，负责已有旅游订单客户（含分销商）的售后咨询响应，提供高效、专业的服务支持；
- 耐心解答客户疑问，准确收集、整理并流转客户需求，妥善安抚客户情绪，协助解决行程中的各类问题；
- 主动发现并总结服务过程中出现的共性或异常问题，及时向上级反馈，并对特殊事件进行上报处理；
- 完成上级交办的其他临时性工作任务。 【任职要求】
- 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、电子商务等相关专业优先，有客服或旅游相关经验者优先
- 普通话标准；熟悉电脑基本操作及各类基础办公软件；打字速度不低于45字/分钟

- 能快速适应AI工具，善于利用系统提升效率 同理心与共情：能察觉客户情绪，保持耐心与服务温度 需求识别能力：能从客户表述中精准抓取核心诉求 抗压能力：能适应排班制（含通宵班），在高频重复工作中保持稳定
- 了解基本的地理常识及常见旅游产品（机票、酒店、跟团游）基础知识；熟悉呼叫中心服务礼仪及基础话术
