## Job description

职位描述
- 按既定口径用 SQL 从 Hive 底表取数，产出日频/周频指标，并沉淀口径文档
- 维护数据看板，完成日常更新、对数与异常核对，发布前经复核
- 按模板做目标下钻（目标 → 流量 → 组织 → 行为），输出各层达成结果与初步归因
- 用 AI 工具提升取数与看板制作效率，协助整理可复用的工具用法 任职资格 全日制本科在读（大三及以上）或硕士在读；统计学、数学、计算机、信息管理、经管类相关，硕士在读者优先； 有 SQL 取数或数据分析实习经历者优先；无经验但 SQL 熟练可培养； 能独立写 SQL（join / group by / 窗口函数）；熟练 Excel；会用 AI 助手辅助查数、写 SQL、做图； 能力要求：
- 有良好的数据处理能力，能够运用sql处理海量数据，有良好的数据敏感度，较好的逻辑分析能力，能从海量数据提炼核心结果；
- 具备良好的自驱能力、抗压能力、沟通能力和团队精神，可以独立开展分析；拥有清晰的逻辑思维，能独立拆解问题并提出改进方案；
- 对指标口径与分母定义敏感，数对不上时能主动核到源头；细致、耐得住重复；
