## Job description

职责 对接海外各区域业务团队，拉通市场内部各模块，实现资源高效匹配 判断产品竞争力与价格合理性，为市场策略提供决策依据 发现业务侧结构性痛点，整合跨部门资源设计并推动系统性解决方案 与各区域业务及市场资源方建立深度信任关系，降低协作成本 带领团队完成目标，沉淀跨区域协同方法论 要求 5年以上酒旅行业经验，有海外市场或跨境业务背景 同时理解酒店供应链与市场营销，有实操经验 学习能力强，能快速理解不同国家/地区的市场差异 对产品、价格、营销、资源均有敏锐判断力 善于资源整合与跨部门推动，有owner意识 为人处世成熟，能与多元背景团队高效协作 有带团队经验 加分项 OTA、酒店集团、海外目的地营销复合背景 英语可作为工作语言
