## Job description

【外包岗位】 岗位职责：
- 全面负责酒店经营管理，达成酒店营收指标和利润指标
- 制定酒店经营预算和决策，向各部门下达工作任务
- 对接业主及客户，做好内外部沟通协调
- 督促酒店维修保养和安全管理，处理店内突发事件

### 负责酒店员工管理，提升服务质量 任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业优先
- 中高星级酒店总经理3年以上工作经验，或连锁酒店集团区域运营管理经验
- 具备敏锐的市场感知及客户开发能力，擅长收益管理
- 能够接受外派（项目地点不限）
