## Job description

### 职位描述 门票运营 平台运营管理

负责门票产品在携程及外部OTA平台的商品维护，优化产品详情页，提升搜索排名和转化率。

### 数据分析与复盘

负责门票项目的收益管理，监控竞品动态及价格体系，定期输出运营报告并迭代运营策略。

### 订单履约保障

协同各部门保障订单履约质量，及时处理投诉与差评。

### 跨部门协作

联动各职能部门，推动门票项目落地。

### 景区库存与收益管理

负责重点景区的库存规划与收益管理，动态优化供给配置及定价策略。

### 产量目标管理

监控景区产量目标达成情况，联动BD及运营资源推动产量提升，并对最终产量负责。 共建景区运营 负责产研共建景区的全链路运营，包括提出功能优化需求、开展收益测算及推动项目落地。 配合产研团队完成测试与上线验证，并与驻地BD共同推进景区升级谈判。 项目上线后负责库存管理与产量监控，并对项目产量负责。 任职资格 本科及以上，3+ 年项目管理、业务运营或国际化项目经验 跨文化沟通与多方资源协调能力强，结果导向，能适应多项目并行节奏 基础数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel / PPT 旅游行业、跨境业务或海外区域项目经验优先 业务运营背景，能理解商业逻辑并与 BD 高效协作者优
