## Job description

### 职责概述

重点客户关系维护，复杂行程预订支持，多类产品销量整合。

### 工作职责
- 客户维护与业绩达成。负责指定客户的长期合作关系维护，完成个人及团队业绩目标；
- 重要客户国内国际行程的预订及服务支持，确保要客满意度；
- 挖掘客户潜在消费机会，独立撰写客户合作方案并能够进行线上/线下方案阐述；
- 作为连接客户与内部的重要桥梁，协助处理客户遇到的问题和投诉；
- 主管安排的其他项目任务。

### 任职要求

1、5年以上差旅管理行业经验； 2、良好的沟通及问题解决能力； 3、熟练应用办公软件，具备一定的数据分析能力； 4、具备客户运营、客户维护管理经验； 5、有英语能力优先。
