## Job description

### 工作职责
- 具备优秀的大客户开发经验，执行公司战略决策，拓展企业旅游类业务；
- 了解大客户集采流程，挖掘客户企业的福利类、营销类等需求，建立客户档案，制定有效的销售方案，并负责方案整体的筹备及执行；
- 了解目标大客户对度假产品等需求，制订计划、设计线路并打包成在线旅游产品，完成产品上线；
- 通过拜访、参加投标等方式，进行业务开发及签约，完成销售目标；
- 不断加强客情建设，做好客户服务，提高客户满意度，与客户建立长期良好的信任关系；
- 敏锐把握市场环境动态，挖掘多行业多领域市场，不断开发新客户和新业务，提升市场份额。

### 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具备B端销售经验、MICE从业经验优先考虑；
- 熟练的excel、word、powerpoint等office软件应用；
- 责任心强，良好的工作态度及团队合作精神；
- 为人诚恳正直，谈吐形象气质佳。
