## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责业务场景智能 Agent 的设计、开发与落地，完成 Agent 架构设计、工具调用、工作流编排、知识库接入和效果优化；
- 负责 Agent Harness 工程体系建设，支持工具调用 Mock、运行轨迹 Replay、失败样本复现、自动化回归评测和灰度验证；
- 结合 RAG、向量检索、Function Calling / Tool Calling、MCP 等技术，完成企业知识库、业务系统与智能体的集成落地；
- 建立 Agent 效果评测与持续优化机制，围绕任务完成率、工具调用准确率、检索命中率、幻觉率、响应延迟、Token 成本等指标迭代优化。 任职要求 1. 3 年以上大模型应用、Agent 开发或相关工程经验，熟练使用 Python，熟悉 PyTorch、Transformers 等大模型生态，理解大模型基本原理； 2. 有 Agent 落地经验，熟悉 ReAct、Plan-and-Execute、Reflection、Multi-Agent 等范式，熟练使用 LangGraph、LangChain、LlamaIndex、Dify、Coze 等一种或多种框架； 3. 具备 Agent Harness / Eval Harness / Tool Harness 工程经验，能够搭建 Agent 自动化评测、工具调用 Mock、轨迹回放、失败复现和回归测试体系； 4. 熟悉 RAG、Embedding、Rerank、向量检索等技术，掌握 FAISS、Milvus、Elasticsearch、pgvector 等一种或多种检索组件；有 MCP、AgentOps、LLMOps 或业务系统集成经验者优先。
