## Job description

职位描述
- 负责APP产品的设计和优化, 负责产品需求分析、产品规划设计和定位，对产品进行整体把握，确保达成相关目标；
- 深入了解用户诉求，提升产品端用户体验（包括行前、行中、售后各个环节的服务体验）；
- 负责项目过程及最终质量，负责解释研发中的业务问题；
- 通过和运营、开发等相关人员沟通协作，推动产品需求的持续迭代发展；
- 带领团队按时高质量的完成部门阶段性任务 。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历， 2年以上互联网行业产品工作经验，熟练把控相关产品设计及运营流程，负责过OTA行业产品者优先；
- 关注业务发展状况，分析行业及竞争产品，对市场和行业发展具有敏锐洞察力，发现创新或改进产品的潜在机会，推进业务发展；
- 具备良好的需求分析、产品需求分解及设计能力，具有较强的逻辑思维、数据分析能力、创新意识；
- 出色的语言、沟通、组织协调能力，主动性强，善于调动团队积极性，具备较好的实际解决问题与抗压能力。
