## Job description

职位描述
- 数据质检体系搭建主导设计并落地数据质检看板，整合服务过程数据（通话记录、工单流转、客户反馈）与结果指标（NPS、投诉率、一次性解决率），实现质量问题实时监控与趋势预警。
- 质量运营机制建设建立「问题发现-根因分析-改进追踪-效果验证」全闭环机制，制定标准化分析模板（如鱼骨图、5Why分析），推动质量问题解决效率提升。
- 员工服务痛点诊断通过数据挖掘与一线VOC以及质检手段，识别出境游场景下的高频服务问题，输出优先级改进清单。
- 跨部门协作与需求转化向培训团队提供员工能力短板分析及优化建议（如定制化场景化培训方案），联动产品/技术团队推动服务流程数字化（如智能话术推荐系统）。
- 质量报告与决策支持输出月度/季度质量分析报告，量化改进措施对服务指标的影响，为管理层提供数据驱动的质量战略建议。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上旅游行业质量运营经验，其中3年以上数据驱动质量改进项目经验，熟悉质检工具优先。
- 具备从0到1搭建数据监控体系的实战经验，能独立设计指标逻辑与可视化看板。
- 熟悉出境游业务全流程，了解国际服务合规要求。
- 优秀的跨部门沟通能力，能有效推动非直属团队落地改进方案。
- 英语听说读写流利，可应对复杂业务场景
