职位描述 工作职责1. 负责电话接听、记录、解答，为公司客户解答金融支付产品相关问题2. 及时处理、反馈客户投诉与建议3. 负责与其他部门之间的协调沟通4. 按时按量完成上级安排的其它工作 任职资格 任职要求1. 大专及以上学历2. 有客服经验者优先考虑3. 普通话标准流利，谈吐礼貌4. 具有优良的服务意识和敬业精神，能适应轮班制
