## Job description

工作内容
- 参照公司程序，使用合适的工具协助当地业务团队开展工作，并为海外合作伙伴提供一线业务支持。
- 适应公司战略调整，保持业务知识更新。
- 通过电话、电子邮件或在线聊天帮助解决合作伙伴在Trip系统日常运营中的需求（必要时直接联系客户）。
- 向我们的合作酒店推广Trip的酒店管理系统。
- 与其他部门协调，提高商家（酒店）的整体满意度。
- 完成上级交办的临时任务。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，粤语和英语能够作为工作语言使用。
- 具备出色的服务意识和敬业精神，学习能力强，态度积极，抗压能力强，团队协作能力出色，能适应轮班制工作。
- 有星级酒店、机票柜台和呼叫中心相关工作经验者优先。

### 工作时间

8:00~24:00（北京时间，8小时轮班）
