## Job description

岗位职责
- 行业研究与趋势洞察。持续开展政策解读、行业分析及消费趋势研究，将复杂洞察转化为有传播力的叙事内容，直接支撑传播目标落地。
- 业务理解与素材挖掘。深度理解业务阶段与传播需求，从业务实践中提炼有说服力的案例和素材，通过深度内容输出助力业务发展。
- 传播项目统筹与管理。参与传播项目的策划与统筹，完成从选题、撰稿到发布的全流程管理，确保项目落地的质量与时效。
- 方法论沉淀与数据沉淀。沉淀深度内容生产的方法论，从数据洞察和叙事框架角度提升团队整体内容能力。 任职要求

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，新闻传播、中文、经济学、金融等相关专业优先。

### 工作经验
- 3-5年财经/商业/科技媒体采编经验，或大型企业公关策划/内容岗位经验。

### 项目经历
- 具备传播叙事项目的策划与落地经验，需附代表相关作品集。

### 核心能力
- 行业研究能力，从数据中提炼传播洞察的分析能力；深度写作能力：能独立完成深度内容的策划写作，叙事逻辑清晰、语言准确有力。

### 优先条件
- 有主流财经/商业媒体从业背景，有互联网或消费行业PR策划经验更佳。
