Employee Relations - Take the lead in handling complex and sensitive employee relations cases, including but not limited to labor disputes, disciplinary actions, and non-compete investigations. Develop solutions that are lawful, compliant, and balance the interests of both the company and employees. - Establish and refine employee relations management policies, processes, and systems in light of business characteristics and local laws/regulations, ensuring compliance and operability. - Build efficient employee conflict mediation mechanisms and communication channels to foster a harmonious working environment and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement within cross-cultural teams. - Conduct employee relations risk assessments and early warning analyses, provide data support for management decisions, and proactively prevent potential risks. - Assist in promoting the implementation of corporate culture, and strengthen the team’s sense of belonging and cohesion through localized training, activities, and other initiatives.
