## Job description

职位描述
- 基于业务&系统现状、行业信息，结合业务目标输出适合业务的解决方案，并结合AI能力不断尝试更加前沿的客服工具解决方案；
- 联动客服业务、产研等核心部门完成从需求调研、业务需求文档输出、测试验收、上线后运营的需求全链路管理工作，对需求的质量和效率负责，并帮助团队梳理需求开展的优先级；
- 对客服&运营工具的使用体验和工作效率负责（如IM客服工作台、工单系统、订单详情页等），持续优化客服&运营的工具
- 团队成员的培养 任职资格
- 有5年以上客服行业产品运营或产品经理相关岗位经验，有客服业务AI应用的项目，包括不限于帮助客服提效、运营提效、以及组织提效（智能体应用和搭建）；
- 有较强的业务和数据分析能力，能够对用户需求进行深入分析，识别关键痛点；
- 有较好的洞察力、逻辑思考力、结构化思维能力，以及跨部门协调沟通能力；
- 具备英语语言能力者优先；
- 本科及以上学历；
