## Job description

职位描述
- 负责推荐系统全链路（召回、排序、重排等模块）的设计与优化，提升消息触达场景下的用户个性化体验和核心业务指标。
- 推动大模型在触达场景下的算法创新，探索AIGC创意、生成式推荐等前沿方向的技术落地与效果提升。
- 参与技术及业务策略的设计与分析，推动技术方案落地并持续迭代，通过数据驱动优化算法效果和业务指标。 任职资格
- 人工智能、计算机、数学相关专业硕士或以上学历，具有良好的英语能力。
- 具有2年及以上搜广推等相关工作经验，熟悉召回、排序和重排序算法，并能在业务中灵活解决实际问题。
- 具有出色的Coding能力，熟练掌握Java/Python/C++中至少一门语言，熟练使用Tensorflow/Pytorch框架。
- 具备清晰的逻辑思维，有强烈的责任心和自驱力，能够快速学习。

### 优先条件

1、有开源项目、竞赛获奖经历、人工智能顶会论文发表者优先。
