## Job description

职位描述
- 负责公司Web端、移动端（H5/小程序）、ReactNative端等前端页面开发和维护、架构设计、性能优化，保障高质量用户体验；
- 参与产品方案评审，与产品经理、UI/UX设计师及后端工程师紧密协作，完成技术方案设计及落地；
- 基于React、Taro技术栈构建可复用组件及前端架构，优化代码可维护性和可扩展性，实现组件的复用和共享；
- 负责多端适配开发（如微信小程序、支付宝小程序、ReactNative等）；
- 持续关注前端技术趋势，探索新技术并推动团队技术升级，解决复杂业务场景下的技术难题。
- 负责项目的技术文档编写、技术分享等工作，确保团队的技术水平和业务能力得到提升。 任职资格 1、4年及以上前端开发经验，有完整的项目开发及上线经历； 2、熟练掌握HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript（ES6+）及前端工程化工具（Webpack/Babel等）； 3、精通React及其生态（如Redux、React Router、Hooks），具备复杂组件开发经验； 4、精通Taro框架，熟悉Taro的原理和实现，能够独立完成Taro项目的开发和维护； 5、熟悉RESTful API对接及前端性能优化手段（如懒加载、代码拆分、缓存策略等）； 6、对用户体验敏感，能独立分析并解决页面兼容性、性能瓶颈等问题；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，逻辑清晰，责任心强。
