## Job description

### 工作职责

陪同高管出席政务、商务会议及活动，负责纪要整理、关键决策记录及待办事项跟进； 协调各业务线及职能部门，推动跨团队协作与问题解决，确保高管指令与战略意图准确传达； 撰写高管讲话稿、官方回复、请示报告、分析报告等公文，确保文风严谨、逻辑清晰； 建立并动态优化政策监测体系，追踪业务相关政策法规，及时输出解读报告与影响评估； 开展宏观经济、产业政策、行业格局及商业模式等专题研究，为战略规划提供数据支撑； 搭建并维护政策信息库、案例库及合规指引，为业务部门提供政策咨询与风险提示。

### 任职资格

博士学历，法学、文学、宏观经济、产业经济、公共政策等相关专业优先； 至少5年相关经验，优先考虑政府/智库、大型央国企或互联网公司综合管理/战略研究/总裁办，或知名咨询/律所政策分析岗位背景； 具备系统的政策分析方法论与数据推演能力，能独立完成从信息收集到报告输出的全流程； 文字功底深厚，擅长讲话稿、公文及深度报告； 沟通协调能力强，场合意识佳，善于跨团队协作； 适应快节奏、高强度工作，严守保密纪律，结果导向。
