## Job description

职位描述
- 负责整体 UI 视觉设计与用户体验。
- 关注所负责产品的设计动向与用户反馈，制定体验优化设计策略并推动落地。
- 关注同行产品与设计前沿趋势，不断迭代升级产品体验。
- 维护产品在用户体验上的统一性与一致性，包括设计规范、组件库与设计语言的迭代。
- 具备设计总结与思考能力，沉淀可复用的设计方法论与最佳实践。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，2 年以上移动端产品 UI 工作经验，有已上线的成熟产品设计案例。
- 有出色的设计表达沟通能力，能迅速、有效地将设计想法转化为可落地方案。
- 热爱设计，具备明确的专业擅长方向（如交互、动效、视频等）。
- 具备扎实的用户体验理论知识与专业教育背景，能将理论应用于实际设计决策。
