## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责携程国际事业部相关产品的UI设计工作，包括App/Online/H5等多端的用户体验设计；
- 深入理解业务目标与用户需求，制定相应的设计策略，交付高质量的设计方案并跟进落地；
- 结合产品调研、用户研究、竞品研究、数据分析，进行项目的可用性和易用性测试，并做设计方案的评估和优化；
- 参与设计规范的制定、迭代与维护，包括组件库的更新与持续优化；
- 持续关注设计趋势、行业最佳实践及新技术应用，善于总结设计经验及方法论，乐于分享。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，设计、艺术或相关专业优先； 2. 3-5年及以上设计相关工作经验，有大型互联网公司经验，曾参与或主导过大型项目的视觉风格改版与规范升级并有成功案例； 3. 熟练使用 Figma，具备 Design System 与组件搭建经验，熟悉 Auto Layout、Variables、Design Token 等能力。 4. 熟悉 AI 设计工具与工作流，能够将 AI 应用于设计提效与日常协作。 加分项
- 英语可作为工作语言，具备国际化的设计经验和视野；
- 对 AI 及前沿设计技术保持高度敏感，熟悉或实践过多种 AI 设计工具；
- 擅长插画或动效设计。
