## Job description

### 负责智能服务机器人（文本机器人、语音机器人等）的运营工作
- 需求洞察、数据分析、后台配置、测试验收、产品评估，分析迭代效果持续优化提升机器人解决能力和服务体验
- 深挖业务及用户痛点，可独立完成基于数据分析的机器人运营报告，提炼问题点并输出合理解决方案
- 通过行业/竞品调研分析，了解行业智能机器人最佳应用及最新技术应用案例，结合最新技术能力和运营洞察提出创新想法，推动业务及产研优化智能全链路服务体验
- 与内部不同业务团队进行配合，推动、完成产品优化、以及机器人相关反馈处理 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，计算机/统计/大数据等相关专业优先
- 五年及以上智能客服运营或AI产品研发或AI模型搭建工作经验，有独立负责智能机器人项目运营的成功实操案例（有从0到1创新项目经验者优先）
- 能熟练完成机器人FAQ/多轮流程等设计搭建，并不断根据业务变化及用户痛点进行迭代优化
- 有责任心和自驱力，较强数据分析能力和项目推动能力，具备跨团队协作和项目管理经验
- 对API接口、大语言模型有了解者优先
- 抗压性强，有强烈的责任心，情绪稳定，热情开朗
