## Job description

### 岗位职责 AIGC 应用落地

负责推动 AIGC 在创写场景中的应用落地，结合业务需求与技术能力，探索并推进可产品化、可规模化的 AI 创写解决方案。

### 业务需求转化

对接业务团队，深入理解不同场景下的创写需求，将业务问题拆解并转化为可落地的 AI 应用场景、流程方案或产品需求。

### 内容知识资产沉淀

策划并沉淀可复用的 Prompt 模板、内容规则、SOP、风格指南、知识库和质量评估标准等，提升 AI 创写结果的稳定性与可复用性。

### 数据反馈优化

基于业务数据、使用反馈和内容效果，持续优化 AI 创写策略、生成规则、审核标准和应用流程，提升内容产出质量与业务转化效果。

### AI 能力推广

组织面向海内外团队的 AI 能力培训和使用推广，提升团队对 AI 工具、方法和流程的理解与使用效率，推动 AI 能力在日常业务中的持续应用。 任职要求 本科及以上学历，3 年以上 AI 产品运营、AI 内容运营、AI 广告运营或相关 AI 产品经验。 有 AIGC、AI 工具、内容平台、营销创写、本地化或广告生成相关经验，理解内容生成如何影响业务转化与增长。 熟悉创写内容生产流程，能将模糊业务需求拆解为清晰的流程、规则、SOP、产品需求或运营机制。 具备良好的数据分析意识，能通过业务数据指标判断项目效果，并基于数据持续优化。 执行力强，结果导向，擅长跨团队沟通，能独立推动复杂项目从需求梳理到落地交付。 具备良好的中英文沟通能力，能够支持海外团队协作及英文内容场景。 对新技术和 AI 内容应用有热情，愿意持续探索 AIGC 在业务流程中的真实价值。
