## Job description

工作职责
- 全流程对接与落地 负责商务签约后的全链路技术对接（评估、实施、测试、上线、运维），把控项目节奏，保障按时交付；持续沉淀改进SOP，推动对接环节的工具化与自动化
- 问题根因分析与闭环改进 主动复盘日常运营中的高频异常，定位技术或流程层面的根因，输出可落地的优化方案，并推动产品或流程改进
- 数据驱动的销售增长挖掘 基于资源销售数据，识别增长机会与流失风险，输出具备可执行性的运营建议，提升资源利用效率
- 内外部协作与关系维护 建立并维护与内部产研、外部等合作方的稳定沟通机制，高效协调跨团队的技术与业务问题，保障合作顺畅
- 流程沉淀与效率提升 持续对日常工作内容进行标准化提炼（SOP），定期汇总最佳实践与常见问题，输出团队共享文档，持续降低重复沟通与执行成本 任职资格
- 理工科，计算机相关专业优先
- 英文可作为工作语言，听说读写俱佳，良好的多组织协调技巧

### 数据分析能力良好，会sql 4、（必备）具备住宿行业的直连对接经验，熟悉API交互（评估、测试联调、问题排查等），工作2年及以上 5、加分项
- 熟悉海外主流Channel Manager
