## Job description

职位描述
- 以新客增长为导向，负责平台活动增长策略，负责设计、迭代营销活动，创造增量
- 针对特定的用户群，基于平台用户特性，创新协同社媒内容、商务资源置换、投放等获客渠道，积极合作运营、营销、研发、设计等职能角色，提出创新性玩法
- 不局限于已有的稳定项目，积极探索增长新方向 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网增长产品策略经验，有用户增长或营销活动玩法经验者优先
- 关注互联网增长方向最新玩法，对增长方向充满热情，乐于做从0-1的事
- 数据能力优异，能通过洞察数据反哺增长策略
- 目标导向，有强大的自驱力，亦擅长跨团队合作
- 思维逻辑缜密，有想法，也能落地
