## Job description

职位描述 负责海外分销平台的日常运营工作，包括但不限于处理日常合作方咨询，分销链接、Banner 等运营工具的日常巡检、问题排查、迭代升级及相关数据分析。 收集海外中小合作方及 KOL/KOC 的分销需求与行业痛点，协助产品团队完成新功能的内外部宣发、文档梳理与反馈跟踪，推动产品优化迭代。 协助整理与分析业务数据，输出海外分销平台运营策略的优化建议。 协助跨团队日常沟通协作，响应业务答疑，保障信息流转顺畅。 任职资格 英文听说读写能力优秀，有海外生活或交流经验者优先。 对 AI 工具有探索热情，能主动用 AI 工具解决问题和提升工作效率。 对产品与技术有学习热情，有相关探索或实习经验者优先。 具备良好的沟通表达与数据分析能力，逻辑清晰，有自驱力和团队合作精神。 可长期实习者优先，实习期 4 个月以上。
