- 负责复杂投诉及升级问题处理，提升客户满意度
- 负责核心服务指标管理及改善推进
- 负责团队能力培养及服务标准落地
- 推动AI工具应用，提升客服运营效率 任职资格
- 国际业务英语沟通能力，英语可作为工作沟通语言。
- 客服运营管理能力，有客服团队管理经验；能基于数据发现问题并推动改善。
- 具备升级投诉、高价值客户问题处理经验。
- 数据分析能力。
