## Job description

职位描述
- 负责国际租车智能客服体系运营，基于大模型AI工具制定运营策略，持续提升机器解决率，降低平台人工进线量
- 主导国际租车履约全链路线上化项目，搭建并迭代SOP履约标准，推动系统标准化、自动化建设，提升运营效率
- 深入理解订单正向及逆向流程，制定并优化服务规则及策略（含对客服务策略、对供应商管控策略），确保履约高效合规
- 通过流程诊断、规则迭代、跨部门沟通协调，识别业务瓶颈并推动解决，驱动业务指标增长
- 建立数据监控体系，定期输出运营分析报告，为产品和业务决策提供数据支撑 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验；
- 具备数据敏感度，能独立完成数据分析并输出运营策略；逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，能高效推动跨团队协作
- 有海外业务运营或海外工作经历优先；有大模型/AI产品实践经验优先，熟悉智能客服、对话机器人等场景
- 熟悉OTA/O2O平台运营模式，有出行、租车、外卖、配送等行业经验优先
- 自驱力强，目标导向，注重细节
